Seialz is a B2B CRM platform operated by Kairos Labs LLC (Florida, United States). This page explains how to request the deletion of your data, including data received through Meta products (WhatsApp Business Platform, Facebook, and Instagram). If you are a Seialz client (business account holder)
- In the Platform: you can delete contacts, conversations, and records directly within Seialz at any time.
- Full account deletion: email privacy@seialz.com from the email address associated with your account, with the subject line "Account and Data Deletion". After identity confirmation, we will delete your account and all associated data within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to retain (such as billing and tax records). You will receive a written confirmation when the deletion is complete.
- Disconnecting Meta integrations: you may revoke Seialz's access to your WhatsApp Business Account, pages, and ad accounts at any time in your Meta Business Manager (Business Settings → Integrations / Connected apps). This immediately stops the flow of new data to Seialz.
If you are a customer of a business that uses Seialz (end user)
The business you interacted with (for example, via WhatsApp) is the controller of your data; Seialz processes it on that business's behalf. To request deletion:
- Contact the business directly — this is the fastest path, and they can delete your data in the Platform.
- Or contact us: email privacy@seialz.com with the subject line "Data Deletion — Meta", informing the phone number (with country code) or identifier you used. We will forward your request to the responsible business and cooperate with its fulfillment, confirming to you once completed.
Data received from Meta
Upon a valid deletion request, data received through Meta's APIs (including WhatsApp messages, WABA information, and lead data) is permanently removed from our production systems within 30 days, and from backups within the backup retention cycle thereafter, except where retention is required by applicable law.
